What is PuppetGlow?
PuppetGlow is a digital resource shop for children aged 3–12. We create printable puppet templates, craft kits, lesson plans, and story games that help kids build characters, make theaters, and tell their own stories.
Are your resources really instant downloads?
Yes. After checkout, you receive a secure download link by email. You can also re-download your purchases at any time from your account page.
What file format do I receive?
Most resources are delivered as PDF files, ready to print on standard letter or A4 paper. Product pages list the exact format, page count, and recommended paper weight.
Can I print the resources more than once?
Yes, within the limits of your license. The Family License covers use in one household, the Classroom License covers one teacher and up to 35 students, and the Complete License covers wider school or small-business use. See our License Terms for details.
Do you offer free resources?
Yes. Visit our Free Printables page to download free samples. We also include free printables in our newsletter from time to time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through Stripe and PayPal. You can also choose manual invoice for school purchase orders.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once files have been accessed. Exceptions apply for duplicate charges, corrupted files, or unauthorized purchases. See our Refund Policy.

Do you offer discounts for schools or bulk orders?
Yes. Contact us at [email protected] with your school or organization details, and we will prepare a custom quote.
Is my data secure?
