Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are final once the download link has been sent or the files have been accessed.

No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Please review the product description, age range, file format, and page count carefully before completing your order.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund or store credit at our sole discretion if:

You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
The files you received are corrupted or materially different from the product description, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 days.
The purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization.

How to Request a Refund

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and revocation of download licenses. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve any issue directly.
